There is no contact form on this site, and there never will be. We collect nothing through Zen Network — no forms, no newsletter sign-up, no account, no chat widget. If we asked you to fill in a form, we would be collecting personal information we have no need for, and we would rather not. Instead, please write to us directly:

What we can and cannot help with

We are an independent informational publisher, so there are some things we can help with and some we cannot.

• We can answer questions about our articles, correct errors you point out, and take privacy or correction requests under Australian privacy law.
• We cannot provide support for any game, recover a game account, process refunds, or act on behalf of any game maker. We are not the official site of any product and have no access to any provider's systems.

For problems with a specific game or account, contact that provider's official support. For scams, contact Scamwatch; for online safety, the eSafety Commissioner; and for privacy complaints, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Response times

We are a small publisher and reply as soon as we reasonably can. If your message concerns a privacy request, we will handle it in line with the timeframes described in our privacy policy.
